This monthly membership is perfect for those movers who want to move with me 2 times a week. With this membership, classes come out to $15.00 each (plus HST). PLUS you get access to the video class library automatically which will host all classes AND workshop discounts.

Here’s what you get:

• Unlimited virtual classes. This includes Somatic Movement Classes and Move Well Classes
• Unlimited access to the CLASS RECORDING LIBRARY to review fav classes, or catch up on missed ones.
• 15% discount on somatic workshops
