Virtual Move Well Class
FRI OCT 10, 9:30 - 10:30 AM EDT

This interdisciplinary whole-body class is dedicated to restoring symmetry, balance, foundational function and effortless movement to the body. This class will use weights, thera bands and body weight to offer mindful movement through rehabilitative exercises, integrated "core" training, functional movement, dynamic training and more. It can be a stand alone class but pairs beautifully with the somatics classes as we will build on what is learned there.

PLEASE NOTE WE MAY BE ON HANDS AND KNEES AND IN HALF KNEELING POSITIONS DURING CLASS. THE ABILITY TO GET UP AND DOWN FROM THE FLOOR IS RECOMMENDED TO TAKE THIS CLASS

PROPS NEEDED: - A SELECTION OF HAND WEIGHTS, A THERA BAND (NOT TOO HEAVY A RESISTANCE), A ROLLED TOWEL, OR FOAM PAD FOR KNEE AND WRIST SUPPORT
