This is a recording of October's Somatic Workshop - REVITALIZE YOUR UPPER BODY: A SOMATIC EXPLORATION OF NECK, SHOULDERS, AND JAW
PROPS: You will need a small pillow for under your head. We will also be putting our hands behind our heads for a short time. If your elbows don't open to the floor comfortably, please use two small rolled towels or more pillows to prop them up. I also offer alternate arm positioning as well ( putting your hands down alongside you). I encourage you to not have a ponytail or clip at the back of your head. We will be doing different head rolling patterns and need a smooth surface at the back of our heads for this.
