Virtual Somatic Movement Class

Somatics focuses on neuromuscular re-education. It is a transformative practice designed to liberate the body from unconscious patterns of tension that result from the body’s adaptation to stress. This modality promotes healthy easeful movement and alleviates chronic tension and pain.

In this virtual class we will work with slow deliberate movements to connect to the body and unravel deep patterns of muscular holding.
